Description

In three live workshops using specially made canvases we facilitated the mapping of a set of challenges facing the Finnish construction industry, in particular the shortage of adequately skilled workers while unemployment in the industry remains high. The phenomena map was drawn after the workshops, and has subsequently helped Vastuugroup and their networks to identify and initiate new services and practices.

For Vastuugroup we have also conducted various workshops relating to the organisation’s product strategy and the future of learning and skills in the construction industry and real estate services industry.
