Description

Itla Näkymä (“View”) is an crowdsourcing platform for gathering and processing of field-workers’ tacit knowledge. Social and healthcare workers, teachers and other local government workers use the platform to write observations about childrens’ and young people’s behaviour and wellbeing. Admin-users can browse the observations and use artificial intelligence to help group observation into coherent “phenomena” worthy of response. Admin-users can also send requests for specific observations, publish initiatives and request feedback on initiatives. Itla Näkymä creates a rapid and highly localised feedback channel between field-workers and management.
